Captain's Dinner -

This fun theme yields nicely to Awards Banquets, Product Launches, and even small groups needing to fill large rooms! Our ship bow & Captain prop are on hand to greet guests as they enter the party area. Entrance doors are flanked with ship rail units and assorted tropical plants.

Our 24’ Stage backdrop using White Corner Columns (3) per side with connecting cap, one single column in center and blue rain curtain background topped with a gold valance drape. Two Commodore Flags on flagpoles will flank the stage. Boston Ferns placed atop columns and ficus tees with twinkle lights placed in front of the two corner columns.

A Crow’s Nest unit complete with telescoping mast, ropes, and signal flags can be incorporated into the buffet with 4-8’ serpentines made into a circle around unit (or semi-circle for one sided buffets).

Our lattice wall is adorned with eight assorted nautical flags and four Palm trees with up-lights. Eight Palm trees will be used around the perimeter of the room as filler. Two Sunfish used as props and blue gossamer fabric flooring are placed in strategic locations within the party area. Our personality DJ is setup on a riser to the side of the Awards stage, with his area be enhanced with three Nautical flags on poles and palm trees. Professional Disc Jockey provides variety music during 3-4 hours of your event.

Guest table treatment includes 90" square blue overlay atop 132" white floor length linen, white linen chair covers with blue bow/sash, Blue Linen Napkins, and a fresh floral arrangement using theme nautical flags.

Our comedy duo can provide Meet & Greet services during cocktails as Commodore & Event Planner, recently rescued Boaters, Tacky Tourist, Gilligan's Island crew, etc. They also provide interactive comedy & photo ops. (1-2 hrs)
