Welcome to Mardi Gras in Florida! As guest enter the party area for cocktails they will be greeted by two costume performers handing out bead necklaces & mask. Our street mime will provide meet and greet services upon guest arrival and continue with funny mime antics, and lead guest into the main ballroom at the appropriate time (2 hrs.).

Keeping with the Mardi Gras atmosphere calling for loads of entertainment, we will provide Caricature Artist, and Fortunetellers including Palm Readers, Tarot Card Readers, and Mediums!

During Dinner and for the remainder of the evening, we will provide a New Orleans Dixieland Jazz and Variety Band that consist of four musicians!

Following dinner, our totally zany Juggler will arrive along with his amazing feats of unicycle riding, stilt walking, and a variety of juggling styles to the bewilderment of all in attendance!

The room will be transformed into a Mardi Gras motif including centerpieces made of festive Mardi Gras bags filled with Mylar paper, plum feathers and incorporating a Mardi Gras mask, beads, and streamers.

Around the room, we will provide eight working streetlights with Mardi Gras Street Signs,

four park benches, sixteen Ficus trees with white twinkle lights, and 24 Boston Ferns. The street lights can flank the bars and have connecting balloon arches using Green, Purple & Yellow. Our festive Mardi Gras Mask walkthrough will create the perfect theme entrance into the event.

Our elaborate Mardi Gras Mannequin head adorned with large feathers, Mylar ribbon collar, Mask, beads, etc. along with three assorted size Mylar Mardi Gras umbrellas, additional mask & beads will be incorporated into the Buffet Table.
