As guests enter the party area, Arabic music and female & male locals dwellers in elaborate costuming will greet them providing meet and greet interactive entertainment.

Our Arabian Palace Façade, 32’ w x 13’6”h x 4’ deep, will be setup on stage providing an ornate display with gold lame fabric, turrets, overstuffed pillows, and accessories creating a Harem for performers throughout the evening.

At entrance areas or in a strategic area within the room, two fully dimensional Camels, one standing, one sitting, and two large Palm trees will sit atop green carpet flooring.  Ali Baba’s cave with gold and jewels spilling out from the “depth’s of the cave, sand placed around scene will also be placed in a strategic location.

Our purple and gold Arabian tent is 15’ x 15’, our red and gold Arabian tent is 10’ x 10’. These tents can be used as pictured housing guest tables, or as food stations.  We also have 300 oversized pillows for guests to sit on the floor.  Folding the legs of your banquet tables under, sitting tables on three milk crates, and then the table cover hides the crates, does this.  Guest enjoy sitting on the oversized pillows as it completes the Arabian theme.  The tables under the tent are for the guests of honor.

Four professional Dancers and four musician provide interactive entertainment throughout the evening as thy flirt with danger – watch them as they dance with swords, dance with fire, and dance with snakes!  Loads of audience participation is included.

Plants will complete the Arabian theme décor package including Boston Ferns, Areca Palms, and large palms.  Two large Gold urns filled with exotic floral, two gold sphinx heads are available for Buffet/Dessert stations.
